Chef Llord Tilley has put together the following menu items for Mother's Day this year.

 

  • Caprese Salad
    -fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, baby greens, pesto and balsamic glaze
  • Strawberry and Spinach Salad
    -fresh cut strawberries, spinach, brie cheese, candied almonds and scallions with balsamic glaze
  • Mango Grilled Chicken Salad
    -jicama, toasted walnuts, golden raisins, baby greens and fresh mango tossed in a cranberry mint vinaigrette

 

  • Pesto Shrimp Skewers
    -grilled marinated pesto shrimp on skewers with grilled asparagus over rice pilaf topped with roasted red pepper compound butter
  • Garlic and Herb NY Strip Steak
    -garlic and herb grilled steak herb buttered, red skin potatoes, green beans and grape tomatoes with onions
  • Swiss Smothered Chicken
    -6oz chicken breast grilled and topped with sauteed spinach and tomatoes, smothered in melted Swiss cheese, garnished with panko and balsamic glaze and served over rice pilaf
